There are a large number of animals out there that are on the edge of extinction. I have listed below the top 5 rarest animals among the whole world. Now known that these are the rarest animals at the time, action has been taken to help save these beautiful animals.

Here are the world’s rarest animals. Some of them could already be extinct but all we know is that there are people out there that care. All around the world there have been researchers and scientists to gather these rare animals in hope of repopulating these species. Do your part in caring for animals and take care of your pets and report anyone who is abusing Any type of animal.

The Pinta Island Tortoise

This tortoise from the Galapagos Islands is the rarest animal of them all. There is only one of them still alive. They were said to be extinct 30 years ago until a ranger happen to find one. They have been searching for a female tortoise so they can get the Pinta Island Tortoise back on the map.

    The Baiji is better known as the river dolphin. They are usually found outside of china. The reason that has caused these mammals to become so rare is the fact that these dolphins were competing for their food with the human race. The humans would hunt fish and it just so happened to be what these rare dolphins eat. There have been reports that this species is now extinct and they are in search of them as we speak.
